A user-centered redesign of an Al writing assistant. I drove the design process from research to final Ul, focusing on simplifying complex workflows and creating a more intuitive and efficient tool for content generation.

Tasked with transforming an unprofessional landing page into a client magnet, I redefined the visual identity and Ul from the ground up. I personally coded the final design to ensure a seamless launch and a polished user experience.

A psychology-driven e-commerce app designed to reduce gift-giving anxiety. Through mixed-method research and KANO analysis, the design achieved a 14% increase in perceived value and successfully reduced social risk for users.

We conducted 30 user interviews and identified 126 website issues, leading to significant improvements in usability. The NPS increased to +20, and the SUS saw a 47% enhancement.
